Cotswold Condominiums is a small, established community comprised of 18 units. Our property is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected annually by our community homeowners.

A number of homeowners have expressed an interest in connecting more easily with one another. This is one solution. The website also offers you that connection opportunity and easy access to lots of information from past meeting minutes to appropriate paint color numbers and much more.

This is our community, we invite all homeowners' feedback and suggestions. Please submit feedback via the Community Forum page, or by contacting one of our board members.
